The Steam Jet Refrigeration System (SKU JA-ACAR-9664) is a bench-top steam ejector refrigeration unit that uses a steam jet thermo-compressor instead of a mechanical compressor, so any heat source that raises steam can drive the process. A refrigerant circuit and a vapour circuit are linked through a condenser and the steam ejector, and both the evaporator and the steam generator are electrically heated. The evaporator and condenser are transparent, so students can see the processes clearly. It is supplied by JaincoLab.
