The Sharp Container (SKU JL-LE-11435, Cat. No. JSS-419/0343) is a robust, puncture-proof bin supplied by JaincoLab for disposing of needles, syringes, scalpel blades and other sharp or pointed items used in laboratories. A built-in stripping aid lets needles be removed from syringes without handling them. The red lid can be locked in place during use and reopened, then sealed permanently when the bin is full, at which point it is odour and leak-proof. Its stable base keeps it upright on the bench while blades are dropped in.
