SCR Characteristics Apparatus

The SCR is mounted on the panel with its connections on terminals. A 0-3 V DC, 50 mA supply and a 0-150 V DC supply are built in, and three meters give the voltage and current readings, so the forward blocking and conducting regions can be traced.
