The PTFE Washer (product code JA-SCSAS-1652) is a sealing washer for screw caps and threaded glassware fittings. A PTFE washer sits inside the cap and seals around the glass thread or around a tube, thermometer or probe passing through it; PTFE is used because it resists almost all laboratory chemicals. Eight sizes are supplied against reference codes from QW13/6 to QW28/18, for teaching, research and testing laboratories.
