The Perfusion Lagendroff Assembly (SKU JA-PLA-2399) is a Langendorff apparatus for perfusing an isolated mammalian heart through a dual perfusion system, so that its rate and force of contraction and its response to drugs can be recorded. This Langendorff perfusion assembly is mounted on a heavy iron base and includes a thermostatically controlled two-unit bath; with its extra accessories it also works as an all-purpose organ bath.
