The Incu Mixer MP Incubated Plate Vortexer (SKU JA-LE-8195) is an incubated microplate shaker that mixes and warms plates at the same time. A 2 mm orbit gives thorough mixing without splashing, and heat comes from both the base and the lid, which evens out the sample temperature and limits evaporation and condensation. Speed, time and temperature are set independently. It is supplied by JaincoLab.

Frequently asked questions
Why is the lid heated?
Heating from the lid as well as the base keeps the temperature uniform through the sample and minimises evaporation and condensation.
What is the difference between the 2-plate and 4-plate versions?
The 4-plate version mixes at 100 to 1500 rpm and the 2-plate at 100 to 1200 rpm; the 2-plate unit is smaller at 28 x 27 x 14 cm.
Can it be used as an incubator only?
Yes, time, temperature and speed are set independently, so it can run as an incubator, a vortexer or both together.
