Gram Stain Kit

The Gram Stain Kit (SKU JL-LE-11412, Cat. No. JSS-479/0300) contains the four solutions of the Gram staining method, supplied by JaincoLab for microbiology and biology practicals. Used in sequence on a heat-fixed smear, they sort bacteria into Gram-positive cells, which stay violet, and Gram-negative cells, which lose the violet and take up the pink-red safranin counterstain.

Scope of supply and ordering
