The Digital Microtome (SKU JA-M-2330) cuts tissue sections down to 1 micron, with a cam drive feed set from 1 to 50 microns in one micron steps on a feed indicator at the front and a knurled knob at the back. This digital microtome has a heavy cast iron base under a full swing protective cover, a digital scale, a reversing handle, ball bearing slides and a pull-up feed.
