The polycarbonate vacuum desiccator keeps samples, crucibles and hygroscopic chemicals dry under vacuum in chemistry, pharmacy and research laboratories. Its transparent polycarbonate dome shows the desiccant inside, and the polypropylene base carries a silicone rubber O-ring in a flange groove, so the desiccator holds a vacuum of up to 740 mm of Hg for 24 hours without greasing. A three-way stopcock with a PTFE plug creates, holds and releases the vacuum (SKU JA-GL-54).
