The acrylic burette with PTFE stopcock is a transparent plastic burette for titrations in school, college and quality-control laboratories where glass breakage is a concern. The body is acrylic (polymethyl methacrylate), the leakproof stopcock has a self-lubricating PTFE plug, and each burette is individually calibrated. It is suitable for pH 1 to 14 and for acids up to 5% w/w or bases up to 30%, but not for hydrofluoric acid or ammonium hydroxide (SKU JA-VP-124).
