The Animal Meiosis Model (SKU JL-LEP-10315) helps students compare meiosis with mitosis and see its role in the cell-division cycle. Ten three-dimensional relief cells in non-toxic plastic show the phases from Interphase (G1) through the stages of Prophase I, Metaphase I, Anaphase I and Telophase I to Telophase II and Cytokinesis II, coloured as under standard microscopy.
