The 2 Channel Digital Strain Meter (SKU JA-MI-4919) is a portable, direct-reading digital strain meter for energising electrical resistance strain gauges and reading the bridge output on a 5-digit LCD. It measures up to 20,000 microstrain with a resolution of 1 digit, works with standard foil gauges in half or full bridge circuits with 1, 2 or 4 active gauges, and can read force directly from gauged force transducers. It runs on mains or a rechargeable Ni-MH battery for field use. It is supplied by JaincoLab for structures and strength-of-materials laboratories.
